This Privacy Policy explains how Phai Tech LLC ("Phai Tech", "we") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Urozh.ai Code app and our websites at urozh.ai.

2) What we collect

A. You provide

• Account details - name, email, phone number, password (hashed).
• Transactions - in-app purchases and currency activity.
• Support & feedback - messages, attachments, survey responses.
• Content you upload or enter.

B. Automatically collected

• Device & app data - model, OS, app version, IP, language, time zone, push token (IDFA only if you opt in).
• Usage & diagnostics - analytics events, crashes, performance.
• Approximate location from IP for regional features.
• Cookies on the website for sign-in and analytics.

C. From third parties

• Sign-in providers (Apple/Google) - token + basic profile fields.
• App stores/payment processors - purchase status and receipts.
• Attribution partners - limited install/campaign data where permitted.

Data Not Linked to You

• Aggregated diagnostics/performance metrics used to improve stability.

Tracking: We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or third-party targeted advertising and we do not share data with data brokers. If we ever introduce features that require tracking, we will request your permission first via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and update this Policy.

3) How we use information

1. Operate the app and Sites, including wallet features.
2. Process purchases and verify entitlements.
3. Maintain safety/integrity and prevent fraud.
4. Communicate transactional messages; marketing with consent.
5. Improve and develop features via analytics and testing.
6. Comply with legal obligations and enforce Terms.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation, as applicable.

5) How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share with service providers, app stores, advisers/authorities as required, in business transfers, and with your direction. We may share aggregated/de-identified data.

6) International transfers

We use adequacy decisions, SCCs, and other safeguards where required.

7) Retention

• Account: life of account; delete/anonymize within 30-90 days after closure.
• Transactions/receipts: 3-7 years for compliance.
• Support/logs: 12-24 months unless needed longer for security/disputes.

8) Your choices & rights

Delete your account (App Store requirement)

In the app: Profile -> Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@urozh.ai from your account email. We permanently delete or anonymize your profile data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal compliance (e.g., purchase and currency transaction records) for up to 7 years. Deletion is irreversible and may remove access to in-app balances or entitlements that require an active account.

Controls for notifications, marketing, and permissions in-app and device settings. EEA/UK and California residents have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.

9) Children

Not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA).

10) Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards; no method is 100% secure.

11) Third-party services

Linked services are governed by their own policies.

12) In-App Purchases

Processed by trusted payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

13) Do Not Track

Sites do not respond to browser DNT signals.

14) WhatsApp Usage

We use WhatsApp exclusively to send one-time verification codes (OTP) for user authentication, such as account login and registration.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp.

15) Changes

We will post updates here and change the effective date; major changes may include in-app or email notice.
